Whether you are staging an event in a town hall or large arena, Production Plan have the right people and systems in house to take the event from the drawing board to the day itself. Over the years, we’ve developed tried and tested production templates and methods.

From taking your brief, we send a team out to evaluate the venue and environment. We produce 2D plans, and where applicable, 3D environments and video walkthroughs.

Once designs and budget are client-approved, we assign a tailored team to deliver the project.

We place great emphasis on maintaining client confidentiality. Many events we’ve conducted incorporate sensitive company information, whether it be bringing a new product to market, engaging in mergers and acquisitions, or defence and security.
