About Us

Production Plan was set up in 1987 to provide technical resources for live events, exhibitions and business meetings. Our first notable engagement was to supply recording services for the Zeebrugge Inquiry for Lloyd’s Register. Since then we’ve gone on to provide key event production personnel for the likes of Vauxhall Motors, Diageo, BP plc, Eurostar and Capita.

In the 1990’s we expanded our services to include event design and set construction, later extending our services into the corporate exhibitions market. We have often undertaken clandestine contracts for facilitating mergers and acquisitions meetings, where privacy and security are critical. As such, we pride ourselves on providing discreet effective personnel.

Some 30 years later, we now send technical and production crews Europe-wide, for both public and private events.
